Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for entering and updating data within our databases.
The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative and prioritize daily tasks.
This position requires strict attention to detail, critical thinking, robust organization skills and collaboration.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Reading through plan documents and collecting information to identify pertinent information.
Entering and updating data into our databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
Performing regular data quality checks to ensure data is accurate and up to date.
Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing.
Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.
Heavy use of Microsoft Excel.
Perform various other duties.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs.
Team player with a professional image, capable of handling confidential information.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education and
Experience:
High school diploma required; Bachelors Degree degree preferred.
