All responsibilities will be conducted in a manner that is consistent with the philosophy of assisted living.
Essential Functions Facilitates and encourages family involvement with residents Demonstrates an appreciation of the heritage, values, and wisdom of the residents and an understanding of the aging process Monitors and maintains records reflecting residents physical and mental condition.
Reports significant changes in a resident's condition to his or her physician Coordinates activities with all residents Recommended Skills Assisted Living Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
