Works as a part of the Extension team in Huron County to provide office services and secretarial support related to programming, records, customer service, and resource management.
Operates in team environment to handle correspondence, mailings, copying, filing, inventory, and maintaining volunteer, 4-H member enrollments and social media sites.
The primary goal of the position is to support the work of the programming staff.
The position requires working 20 hours per work, typically 12:
30 to 4:
30 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays with an additional 8 hours per week 'floating' which will be variable based on office needs.
