Job Description:
Electronics Engineer with printed circuit boards and electronic control panels experience needed:
Company designs, develops and manufactures control panels for domestic wastewater treatment systems and auxiliary equipment utilizing solid state microprocessor technology. They are an industry leader in wastewater treatment with global presence seeking qualified candidates for the position of Electronics Engineer. Under the direction of the Vice President of Engineering, the selected candidate will provide technical support for new product design, product refinement and specialization of product applications.
Additionally, the Electronics Engineer will provide direction to the manufacturing and quality departments on proper assembly, troubleshooting, testing and repair of control panels and printed circuit boards. Provides support to customer service personnel as they interact with installers and service technicians working with our panels in the field. Ensures compliance with third party certifiers such as UL, CSA and ETL. Participates in writing of technical documents and creating of electronic/electrical wiring schematics.
Qualified candidates will possess real world experience in the development and troubleshooting of control panels utilizing printed circuit boards and solid state components. A four year degree in either electronics or electrical engineering or the equivalent experience is a must. Effective project management skills and the ability to work cooperatively with all functional disciplines are essential.
