Want to come work for a market leader? My client is the market leader for automotive applications, supplying a wide range of products to all major vehicle manufacturers. They have an important need for a Scheduling leader for their facility located near Huron, Ohio.


You will play a key part and make an immediate impact in directing the scheduling for production and warehouse operations, resource planning, and operations optimization.

Key resposibilities for the Scheduling Manager:


Work cross functionally between multiple departments to include customer order entry, supply chain, purchasing, and operational planning to optimize customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the IT department to ensure smooth scheduling operations
Lead, motivate and communicate your team of up to 8 who will create, release, and maintain schedules for production, manage warehouse operations, and perform cycle counts for inventory accuracy.
Use your keen analytical thinking, statistical, and data mining skills to create key reports for business metrics and make suggestions as to how to optimize the operational team and their tasks to exceed customer satisfaction.
Be a change agent through your innavative thinking and leadership techniques. Always be on the lookout for improving how things are done within the facility.
Manage the budget within cost and lead your team to always be finacially responsible on every project.

KEY Requirements:
4 Year BS Degree
Minimum five years' experience in an industrial or distribution environment
Supervision experience is a MUST
5 to 7 years' experience with planning/scheduling in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Familiarity with ERP & WMS systems required (QAD or SAP a plus);
APICS Certification in Production and Inventory Management or Master Scheduling Management a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
