Assistant Vice President, Ancillary Services

The Assistant Vice President, Ancillary Services will be responsible for the clinical, operational, and financial success of the ancillary division by meeting financial and clinical goals of responsible areas. Assumes complete responsibility of the business. Responsible for integrating all appropriate division standards into operations. Collaborates with all responsible team members - Medical Director, Referral Specialist, and Senior Vice President - along with the Ancillary Services Division including Imaging Services, Laboratory Services, Nutrition Services and Rehabilitation Services at Fisher-Titus Medical Center.#
Participates in the development of departmental objectives, plans and programs; conceives and recommends a wide range of plans and programs designed to meet present and future needs of Fisher-Titus Health and its entities. Activities include: leadership, strategic planning, ancillary service line evaluation and enhancement,
Responsible for all aspects of divisional operations; Nutrition Services, Imaging Services, Laboratory Services and Rehabilitation Services
Promotes performance improvement, quality and excellence.
Leads and assists with business development including; corporate outreach programs, occupational medicine, service line measurement and analysis and expansion of ancillary services.
Participates in Operations team meetings and Board Committees as to be determine.
Provides consultation, counsel, and guidance to key personnel; e.g., supervisors, coordinators, nurse managers, and clinical directors.
Serves as a facilitator and resource to directors and managers
Interprets hospital and department policies and procedures to nursing staff, patients, medical staff, public, and other clinical departments as is appropriate.
Is responsible for department's operational excellence; ensures department delivers quality services in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and professional standards.
Pursues identified strategic projects to promote the growth and development of the organization.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
